National Women’s Task Force Survey

Women in CUPE: Strengthening our Union

The National Women's Task Force, established by delegates to the 2005 CUPE National Convention, is consulting with CUPE members across the country about the status of women in CUPE. We are examining barriers to women's participation and leadership in the union, and how our union can address women's equality in the workplace.

We are distributing this survey to CUPE members across the country to get a better understanding of the issues and barriers women in our union face. The results of the survey will be reported to CUPE members.
