How to live a less toxic home life

The Guide to Less Toxic Products

Everyday, most North Americans use beauty and cleaning products which contain hazardous ingredients. How can you find the products which are least toxic, among the thousands of products on store shelves?

Added information:
  • With the introduction of WHMIS to our workplaces the toxic levels dramatically changed. Now we find that the household products are more toxic than the commercial/institutional/industrial products to do the same task.
  • Do not use vinegar or lemon juice to clean a mirror as it will tarnish starting from any edge, but it may start anywhere. Vinegar or lemon juice is ok for glass.
