Berkley Hall serving staff have no time to Eat

"When you're serving 500 people in two hours, there's no way you can eat before five o'clock. The food's got to get out." She bowed her head and went back to peeling parsnips at breakneck speed.
Five minutes later, Executive Chef Cathy Jones added her agreement. "I've been bringing them [Manager Tom Helland and assistant manager Mike Resnick] food downstairs because they've pretty much forgotten to eat."
