Quebec Tribunal Condemns Segregation

In what was described as the worst case of outright racial discrimination in the Quebec Human Rights Tribunal's recent history, the Tribunal has found that nearly 100 black Haitian workers at one of Canada's largest commercial vegetable farms, near Montreal, were segregated from white workers, restricted to squalid facilities appallingly inferior to what white workers enjoyed, and subjected to racist taunts.
